Within the framework of the task “Building an online set of lectures on community-based disaster risk assessment tools” (CBDRA E-learning) under the project “Improving resilience to the impacts of climate change for vulnerable communities in coastal areas of Vietnam”, on 27th December 2022, in Hanoi, Center for Eco-community Development (ECODE) held the second consultation meeting for the ministry 10 online training modules on the use of data collection tools for risk assessment.
After the first consultation meeting on 11th November 2020, the expert group of ECODE Center and VTVLive – Vietnam Interactive Television Joint Stock Company received comments and coordinated to adjust the professional script and production export digital training modules in SCORM-encapsulated video format. The meeting took place with the participation of the project management board and experts, thereby serving as a basis for the implementation unit to develop online lectures. After this meeting, the implementing unit will continue to receive comments and adjust the videos design to improve the quality of online lessons. ECODE – VTVLive will continue to improve products that meet the requirements in terms of reference. The product is expected to be completed by March 2023.
It is known that in December 2022, the project “Improving resilience to the impacts of climate change for vulnerable communities in coastal areas of Vietnam” completed the training courses, natural disaster risk assessment for 541 communes/wards of 28 coastal provinces inside and outside the project, of which 62717 participants (47.6% female).
